My ideal client is someone who is committed to growth, even if they feel stuck right right now. They may be an individual, couple, or family who is experiencing distress, but still has a desire for connection, healing and hope. They may be struggling with: Trauma & PTSD, Relationship Strain, Life Stressors or Emotional Regulation. My approach blends evidence-based modalities with a compassionate, strengths-based, solution-focused perspective. Whether we're untangling the effects of trauma or working through relationship challenges, sessions are structured yet flexible, focused on building practical coping strategies and restoring a sense of empowerment.
