My professional background includes working with adults and adolescents who have experienced trauma, Family/Parenting concerns, relationship issues, Depression, ADHD, Low Self Esteem, & Anxiety-Related challenges. I have successfully used EMDR therapy to decrease PTSD, Anxiety, and deep Depressive symptoms since 2006. I can assist you to gain perspective and assist to ease the past pain. Most of my clients report of having experienced positive changes within 1-4 sessions.
