My work as a therapist is to walk alongside others on their journey as they navigate relationships, stress, anxiety, and depression. Connection and relationships are cornerstone components on the path toward emotional wellness. In treatment, I utilize CBT, family systems, and psychodynamic approaches while always maintaining and recognizing the individual needs of my clients. My background is diverse, from experience treating young children to working with and treating adults suffering from trauma, dual diagnosis, and PTSD.
