Many of the clients I work with are often carrying the weight of unresolved trauma, anxiety, depression, or overwhelming stress. Whether these challenges stem from childhood experiences or recent events, my clients often feel stuck in patterns like negative self-talk, emotional overwhelm, or difficulty managing relationships and daily responsibilities. They are looking for a safe space where they feel seen and understood, along with practical tools to build emotional regulation, confidence, and resilience. Together, we work toward reducing the impact of painful memories, improving coping skills, strengthening relationships.
