I work best with people who feel stuck in painful patterns—struggling with depression, suicidal thoughts, trauma, anxiety, substance use, or overwhelming emotions. Many have been diagnosed with Borderline Personality Disorder or engage in self-harming behaviors. They want to feel more stable, connected, and hopeful. I use evidence-based approaches and a thoughtful, collaborative process to help clients make meaningful, lasting changes in their lives.
