I am an experienced, highly professional psychoanalyst who works with individuals in psychoanalysis and psychoanalytic psychotherapy and with couples in relational treatment. As a chair of an international committee on families and couples therapy as well as the president of a consortium of psychoanalytic societies, I am recognized by colleagues and mentors for my work with couples and individuals. My goal is to help resolve the entanglements that can turn love into misery, ordinary stress into panic, worry into obsession, insecurity into despair, in an effort to restore connection, creativity, and a capacity for love and work.
