Children, preteens, and adolescents are in the unique position of trying to navigate the complexities of life while still developing themselves. If you are a parent or caregiver to a young person, you may be witnessing them battle high anxiety, school struggles, challenges with self-esteem, depression, traumatic stress, and the list goes on. What I provide is a safe space for children and adolescents to process and work through these experiences while also supporting caregivers in the process of helping their little one navigate the world. I am trained in Dialectical Behavior Therapy, Trauma-Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, the Intergenerational Trauma Treatment Model, and in ongoing training for Prescriptive Play Therapy.
