I specialize in working with survivors of trauma and abuse, parents of children with special needs, and individuals recovering from domestic, dating, or sexual violence. I’m particularly passionate about supporting parents of children with special needs, helping them manage stress, burnout, and emotional overload in a compassionate and empowering way.
