Hi, I’m Glynis, the owner of Hope Renewed Counseling. I work with individuals who are navigating life transitions, carrying the weight of trauma, or simply feeling stuck in patterns that no longer serve them, and who are ready to reconnect with themselves in a deeper way. Many of my clients are helping professionals — caretakers, healers, and teachers — who spend so much time caring for others that they’ve lost touch with their own self-care. I also support individuals who may be living with chronic illness, processing grief or trauma, or wanting to break cycles and patterns, all to build more intentional, meaningful lives. View 7 Photos At the core of my work is what I call my “three-legged stool” of healing: EMDR, Sandtray Therapy, and Somatic Therapy. This integrative approach allows us to work at your pace, in a way that honors both your story and your body’s wisdom. I also incorporate CBT and IFS concepts, mindfulness, boundary-setting, self-compassion, and nervous system regulation.
