For as long back as I can remember, I have believed in the power and importance of relationships. Relationships are at the heart of who we are, how we grow, and who we become. In our early years, our closest relationships teach us how to be with others and influence how we see the world. Although we may learn one way to be in relationship when we are a child, our attachment style can also be changed through our current relationships no matter what our age, which can then allow us to choose with intention how we parent, support, and relate to our children.
