I am psychotherapist devoted to helping adult individuals and couples achieve improved relationships, contentment, self-confidence and acceptance. I work with clients through teletherapy or in-person sessions to identify underlying problems and improve ways of coping, with specialization in couples counseling, grief and complicated grief, anxiety, depression and adoption. My post-graduate training includes psychodynamic psychotherapy, psychoanalysis, marital/couples issues, adoption throughout the life cycle, grief and bereavement and the spectrum of issues relating to trauma.
