I help individuals address a variety of mental health challenges that include anxiety, depression, anger management, and behavioral struggles. I work with clients on how to implement coping strategies to use through their every day life. My experience ranges from working with adolescents, children and adults to help better process their emotions. I take a holistic and interactive approach to not only assist in the “diving deep” process, but also as a way to encourage a fun and safe environment for open discussion.
