Do you find yourself feeling frequently overwhelmed? Do you wrestle with alternating cycles of anxiety and depression? Are you struggling to overcome stuck interpersonal patterns? These are a few of the concerns that my clients regularly bring to therapy. I work with adults and adolescents ages 15 and older in individual, family, and couples therapy. My clients often have concerns around improving their relationships, managing work stress, recovering from past trauma, and moving out of survival-mode and into a life that aligns with their highest values. I am a Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor with an M.A. in Counseling Psychology. My areas of focus include PTSD, complex trauma, anxiety, depression, navigating relationships, grief and bereavement, codependency, spirituality, and psychedelic integration. I take an approach that is holistic, combining cognitive, somatic, and experiential therapies.
