I work with queer, trans, neurodivergent and disabled couples (including polycules), individuals, families, siblings and friends. As a queer and non-binary therapist with an invisible disability (Type 1 Diabetes), I pay particular attention to the impact of stigma and ensure my clients’ identities are not simply accepted — but embraced and celebrated. I believe everyone deserves to be seen, heard, and valued. I collaborate with clients to move through challenges from a strengths-based perspective. I approach therapy through an anti-oppression, anti-diet, neurodiversity- affirming, fat liberation and disability justice framework.
