Hi there! I'm glad that you made it here. I often work with children (6-17), families, and individuals through all aspects of life. I tailor my therapeutic style to adhere to your current needs and stressors. Phase of life changes, identity loss, grief, relationship stress, trauma, anxiety, and depression can all bring up thoughts and feelings that bring us discomfort. I will sit in that discomfort and darkness with you for however long you need. I will provide challenges, humor, and a little bit of sass during our sessions. Change can be scary, and you have everything you need within you now to achieve your goals. View 4 Photos I offer a safe space where all parts of you are welcomed and encouraged to show up. I incorporate many modalities into my therapeutic approach including; holistic, somatic, systems work, and my personal favorite, existential perspective. Therapy is not a one stop shop. We will incorporate your interests into our sessions and grow together.
