Accepting new clients! I work with adults and couples who value "real talk” in therapy. I specialize in relationships, trauma, anxiety, grief, and identity/self esteem concerns. My typical client would say they’re a high achiever, successful on paper, yet are struggling with low moods or anxiety, perfectionism, relationship challenges, or physical signs of stress and imbalance. I accept adults ages 18+, couples, and enjoy working with college and graduate students, and individuals in high stress careers. I enjoy helping clients feel safe, secure, and fulfilled in their lives and relationships.
