I have worked with clients from all walks of life and understand the importance of addressing both the mental and emotional aspects of well-being. I especially enjoy helping youth feel empowered in their mental health journeys and tailoring interventions that align with their unique strengths and developmental needs. I believe in empowering clients by building on their existing resilience and helping them develop tools to manage and overcome challenges.
