I have a love of social justice advocacy and consider it an essential part of my role as a mental health therapist. I aim to empower clients to look to their personal experiences as a source of resilience through a humanistic, strength-based approach to therapy while encouraging clients to view mental wellness from a holistic perspective. I enjoy incorporating elements of mindfulness into my clinical work with all ages. My approach to therapy considers the intersectional nature of lived experience and the way these identities shape our perception of ourselves and others.
