I'm passionate about helping others learn how to better understand and communicate with themselves so they can do the same with the world around them. My ideal client is a teenager looking to better balance their academic, family, social, and personal goals as they manage ADHD, Autism, anxiety, and depression. I enjoy utilizing compassion-focused therapy to enhance compassion for the self and others, which I've found to work well when paired with other evidence-based treatments like CBT, DBT, ACT, and ERP. I have experience working with clients recovering from recent and childhood traumatic experiences as well as OCD.
