Welcome, I’m so glad you’re here. Beginning therapy can feel both hopeful and overwhelming, and I want you to know you don’t have to go through it alone. Taking this step shows strength, and it’s a privilege for me to walk alongside clients in this process. Many of the people I work with are navigating anxiety, self-esteem, life transitions, relationships, or identity. In our work together, my goal is to create a safe and supportive space where you can be yourself, explore what feels heavy, and move toward greater clarity, confidence, and peace at your own pace. I offer a compassionate, nonjudgmental space where you can explore challenges and discover new possibilities. My approach is person-centered, humanistic, and psychodynamic, while also integrating solution-focused and CBT techniques.
