My direct, supportive, hands-on style is designed to assist you in building a toolbox of skills to take with you while at the same time providing a safe environment to go deep, explore and understand the history and root of your concerns. I'll ask the tough questions & gently challenge you, while also maintaining a supportive and nonjudgmental environment.
