My approach to therapy is rooted in modern research on the brain, trauma and attachment. I work with clients who struggle with depression, anxiety, trauma, relationships and their sexuality. I am experienced working with couples, adult individuals as well as children. I am LGBTQQA and kink friendly. My goal is to validate and honor the importance of my clients' life experiences. I work authentically with my clients to develop healthy relationships with others, realize their potential and lead a fulfilled life.
