I'm a Licensed Creative Arts Therapist and Board-Certified Dance/Movement Therapist. I believe that your body and mind are intrinsically linked, and that your individual experiences are inherently interconnected with your community, culture, and circumstances. I have a whole-body, whole-world approach to therapy, which means that your relational and cultural experiences, the sensations in your body, your emotions, and your thoughts will all be a part of our work together. We will talk about your experiences, improvise movement, create art, engage with systemic injustices, and create rituals—your experience will be entirely your own.
