I am a seasoned licensed therapist for over 30 years . I take an in-depth assessment and history taking in the beginning of the first few sessions to formulate a comprehensive treatment plan that I work in collaboration with my clients and is frequently updated as needed . My style is very warm , empowering , compassionate , caring and empathic and I utilize a variety of modalities that is specifically tailored to the individual client. I Believe in a holistic approach working w/ mind ,body and spirit as these modalities are utilized together. I am level 2 trained in EMDR and utilize CBT and DBT.
