Hello, my name is Grace Usigbe. I am a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) with over 10 years of experience in behavioral health practices. I am committed to helping families and individuals in overcoming life’s struggles and challenges in a collaborative manner. I am experienced in assisting clients with depression, anxiety, trauma related issues, family conflict, work related stressors, and relational conflicts. The needs and expectations of each client is always the focus of therapy. Using a whole person approach, collaboratively we will explore tools to help with solutions to the needs presented.
