My name is Tetrick Stonar, and I believe healing happens when people feel safe, supported, and empowered. My goal is to walk alongside you with empathy, structure, and care. With years of experience in both residential and community-based settings, I offer practical tools to manage crisis, process trauma, and build healthier relationships. I’ve supported youth and families through some of life’s most challenging moments. My approach is trauma-informed, culturally responsive, and rooted in the belief that everyone has the capacity to heal when given the right support.
