I believe in practicing through an anti-oppressive framework and approach therapy as a collaboration between myself and my client. You are the expert of your life, I'll come alongside you to guide and support through new skills, ideas and emotional explorations. I love working with all ages and am particularly passionate about adult and older adult communities.
