My approach to counseling stems from the belief that we are all doing the best we can, and will flourish if given the right tools. I help clients take an overwhelming, undefinable 'problem', and break it down into manageable pieces that are easy to understand. That, in turn, allows us to target the factors that are contributing to the problem, and identify the skills that need to be strengthened. Whether it be anxiety, depression, interpersonal relationships, behavioral challenges or another mental health concern, this approach arms clients with the tools they need to thrive after therapy has concluded.
