I believe we are created for connection yet shame often convinces us that we are unworthy, unlovable, or incapable. Our past shapes how we think, feel, and respond in the present and our thought patterns can make life feel heavy and overwhelming. I work primarily with children, adolescents and young adults navigating depression, anxiety, trauma, and neurodevelopmental challenges. As a child of immigrant parents, I also understand how cultural expectations and family dynamics shape identity, relationships, and emotional well-being.
