Hi! I'm Gracey. I’m a therapist who believes that, above all else, my office should feel like your space — a place where you can show up exactly as you are. I specialize in helping people work through anxiety, stress, and trauma, and I take a validating, solution-focused approach to therapy. If you’re looking for someone who will really listen, help you build coping skills, and walk alongside you as you navigate life’s challenges, I’d love to be that person for you. My approach in therapy is flexible and collaborative. I like to do talk therapy, as well as incorporate elements of play and art therapy. Whatever you need. Before entering private practice, I spent two years as a school social worker, where I gained a deep appreciation for the unique experiences of kids and families. That perspective continues to shape how I work with clients of all ages — because everyone deserves a safe space to be heard and supported.
