Welcome! I specialize in working with adults navigating life transitions and overwhelm. I thrive working with clients wanting to learn more about themselves and the patterns they are living in. I have experience working with clients managing symptoms of anxiety, ADHD, depression, grief, guilt, life transitions, low self-esteem, and childhood attachment wounds. I am Perinatal Mental Health Certified (PMH-C) and enjoy working with the perinatal population supporting people through the tough roads of infertility, loss, pregnancy, postpartum, parenting, and beyond.
