I offer a calm, curious, warm, and informed space to explore wherever you are in your life. I see my role as a counselor as being a familiar, safe, and knowledgeable person to help you to find the supported and focused path towards healing the frustrations between those parts that feel stuck and the parts that help you thrive. I am currently accepting new clients and can typically schedule a first appointment within a week. I am currently offering individual and couple's therapy in-person and by telehealth.
