I know that reaching out can be a challenging step. Whether you feel anxious, depressed, mentally exhausted, disconnected, are struggling with addiction, or just need someone to talk to; I am more than happy to help. My first priority in sessions is to help you feel comfortable talking through what is most important to you by being a supportive, non judgmental person you can trust. As you feel comfortable, we can work through and overcome any challenges you’re facing. In sessions, we will work together to build skills, confidence, and control that will allow you to achieve your mental health goals.
