Throughout my previous career as a police officer with Scottsdale PD, I came to understand that the pain others transferred to one another was just the result of pain that they had never healed. I saw how unresolved trauma could wreak havoc on relationships with others and relationship to self. It’s not until we come to understand the pain that our body has stored can we actually begin to transform.
