Therapy can be a difficult first step but I strive to make sessions a safe and secure experience so that true healing can happen. I have over 19 years of experience in the healthcare field working with children, adolescents and adults. My experience is in helping people of ALL ages who struggle with anxiety, grief, depression, interpersonal relationships, bullying, postpartum, life transitions or other life stressors. I'm skilled in CBT, DBT, anger management as well as life coaching strategies and concepts of positive psychology.
