We all possess our own unique, inherent strengths. Sometimes what hinders us is simply that our strengths and tools have temporarily been buried, or drowned out, by the wildness of life and the often rapid pace of its transitions. Each of us have faced countless transitions: in relationships, in work and school, transitions from one phase of life to another as we age and grow. We are all continually navigating layered and complex transitions—some of our own choosing, and some that fall upon us unexpectedly. I help people of all ages navigate grief, loss, and other major life challenges in order to flourish and promote wellbeing.
