Are you a veteran, first responder, or healthcare professional carrying the weight of what you’ve seen and lived through? You're not alone and healing is possible. I work with adults navigating complex trauma, anxiety, and relational challenges. I specialize in supporting survivors of sexual trauma and have extensive experience working with those on the front lines: veterans, first responders, and medical personnel. I'm trained in EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing) and Emotionally Focused Individual Therapy (EFIT) which I use to help clients foster emotional safety, process trauma, and build stronger connections.
