My ideal client would be someone or a family struggling and needing mental health & wellness services but are running into the brick wall of vast therapists on Long Island that do not take insurance and charge upwards of $125-$300 per session. Most mental health practices or groups that do end up taking insurance will also hit you with big copays and fees. While that is around market rate it is very hard to be able to afford needed treatment; especially as therapy can often be needed for months and years.
