I focus on helping you learn how to self regulate with body centered therapies including mindfulness. You are the expert on your own experience & my expertise can help you feel grounded in your strengths & increase resilience. I work with couples & individuals to discover boundaries, set limits & communicate effectively. Therapy goals might include forming & keeping connections through identifying feelings & needs.
