My role as a therapist is to walk alongside you through those moments, offering a safe, supportive space where you can find clarity, relief, and a renewed sense of strength. I have experience in residential and community mental health working with depression, trauma, anxiety, ADHD, families, and Autism. I take a trauma-informed, person-centered approach, helping clients build emotional awareness, resilience, and practical tools for lasting change.
