I am passionate about therapy and the impact that it can have on one’s life. My decision to pursue a career as a therapist was born from my own personal experience with therapy, which helped me overcome significant and sometimes paralyzing anxiety that was preventing me from living the life I desired. I am a strong advocate for eliminating the stigma that our society has placed, and continues to place, on mental health and I share my story with others in hopes of normalizing, validating and highlighting the benefits that therapy can add to each person’s life.
