I offer a hybrid practice: house calls & telehealth. I started my home visit practice to make therapy accessible to those who can't get to an office, and I remain deeply committed to that value. Chronic or progressive illness, chronic pain, physical disability, and other mobility challenges can make travel to an office out of reach. Certainly telehealth has been a life saver. Yet being able to meet safely in person to address worries & fears, sadness, grief, loneliness, isolation, and loss of meaning in life can be transformative.
