While I serve a variety of clients, my focus is grief and trauma. I help clients process their grief and help them navigate the journey of their loss. I use EMDR to help clients process trauma, whether it's grief-related or not. I have a unique background specializing in traumatic losses and complicated grief. While grief is a normal reaction to a significant loss, it can be exhausting and emotionally draining, affecting people differently. My goal is to help clients feel supported and develop resiliency during the most overwhelming time in their life.
