Life is complex and comes with many challenges that can test our self-trust and self-confidence. Mindfulness and self-compassion aid in the healing process and improve overall mental health. This journey is not easy or quick, but with support, transformation and healing can happen. My goal is to help my clients on their mental health and healing journey. My name is Griselda Hernandez. I am a Licensed Marriage and family therapist based in Southern California. I am Spanish-speaking. I enjoy working with my Spanish-speaking population and understand the challenges of living in two worlds, Western (USA) and parents/native beliefs.
