Hi, I’m Grisell — a licensed therapist and believer in the body’s innate wisdom to heal. If you’ve ever felt like traditional talk therapy wasn’t enough, you’re not alone—and you’re not out of options. My approach bridges the gap between mind and body, helping you move beyond overthinking and into deeper healing. I work with teens and adults who are ready to explore the roots of anxiety, trauma, people-pleasing, or disconnection from self. Together, we’ll look at what’s happening not just in your thoughts, but also in your body, relationships, and daily patterns—because that’s where real change begins. My style is holistic and experiential. I integrate Brainspotting, CBT, and nervous system regulation with somatic and mindfulness-based tools to help you process what’s been stuck beneath the surface. (Spoiler: your body and intuition already know what’s up, I just help you listen and move through it.)
