I work with individuals, couples, and families in a dynamic, related, and grounded style. My work is about supporting my clients in learning how to relieve their own suffering, relate to others more effectively and efficiently, and living the life they want to live. Much of this work is around transitions in life: puberty, education, individuation, relationships, work, self-identification, and grief. My work with couples and families is grounded in the Psychobilogical Approach to Couples Therapy (PACT) and I am a Level II certified PACT therapist. I work with adolescents, adults, all genders, races, sexual orientations, and spiritual beliefs. As human beings we develop our sense of self and find our place in the world through relating with others. Relationship is the best source for healing. Individual therapy is grounded in the transpersonal model of integrating and treating the whole person. I also focus on end of life counseling.
