I’m passionate about helping others process trauma and support others in cultivating healthier thought patterns and behaviors through cognitive-behavioral techniques. My clinical practice philosophy is to start where the client is, acknowledging their past experiences and trauma, and bringing it into practice to help heal and live a productive and progressive life. I believe in people’s resilience and self-determination to be the most important tool in any therapeutic recovery.
