I work with adults and teens struggling with anxiety disorders, eating disorders, OCD, PTSD, and complex trauma who feel overwhelmed by intrusive thoughts, compulsions, hypervigilance, or chronic self-doubt. Many of the clients I support also are neurodivergent and are seeking therapy that is affirming of and attuned to this. My approach is compassionate and collaborative, using EMDR, ACT, IFS, and CBT to help clients respond differently to fear, rebuild self-trust, and live in alignment with their values rather than anxiety or trauma. I offer trauma-informed therapy for OCD, anxiety, PTSD, complex trauma, and disordered eating. I am EMDR-trained and integrate CBT, parts work, and Health at Every Size–aligned, intuitive approaches. I prioritize consent, collaboration, and client agency, especially when working with children and adolescents, to support lasting, values-based change.
