About

Growing up around people with mental health difficulties, I learned from a very young age to accept mental health pain as deep and strong as physical pain and recognize that kindness is healing. As a therapist, I continue to see how providing acceptance and unconditional understanding of another human being promotes healing from deep attachment injuries. In addition, I focus on developing skills which can help with some practical issues, such as social functioning, communication difficulties, planning, obsessive tendencies, or emotional outbursts.
