My practice is grounded in deep respect for diverse identities, ADHD and neurodiversity, and the unique challenges people within these spaces might face. I work with trauma, infidelity, relationships (including CNM), family issues, anxiety, women’s issues, sexual concerns, LGBTQIA+ and life transitions. I specialize in supporting intelligent, motivated, and creative neurodivergent couples and individuals through an affirming, trauma-informed and responsive lens. Together we honor, rather than pathologize, differences in communication, executive function, and sensory needs, while building intimacy, resilience, and authenticity.
